The journey is five steps: Build, Check, Tailor, Approve, Apply — and a human approves every application before anything is sent. Unlike traditional form-based builders, GenerateCV uses conversational AI to guide users through resume creation. The platform includes 10+ professional templates, an ATS score checker, and an AI cover letter generator. Building and exporting are free, the optional Pro Pass is one-time and expires by itself, and CareerAgent is our one subscription. Resumes are compared against the job description you're targeting, missing requirements are shown explicitly, and every export keeps a parser-safe text layer that applicant tracking systems such as Taleo, Workday and Greenhouse can read.

We set out to build a tool that would help anyone create a professional, ATS-optimized resume without needing design skills or hours of formatting. Using the latest advances in AI, we created a conversational resume builder that guides you through the process naturally.
